2. Eligibility for Exchange
- Items must be unused, in original packaging, and in the same condition as received.
- Exchange requests must be made within 7 days of purchase.
- Proof of purchase or receipt is required.
3. How to Request an Exchange

You are responsible for return shipping costs unless the exchange is due to an error on our part.
Once we receive and verify the item, we will process the exchange. You may be required to cover shipping for the replacement item.
4. Damaged or Defective Items
If you receive a defective or incorrect item, contact us within 7 days, and we will cover the return shipping and send a replacement at no cost.
